Do Not Call Policy

Last Updated: August 2025

If you do not wish to receive telemarketing calls or text messages from BAH LLC or its affiliates ("Company"), you can request to be added to our internal “Do Not Call” list. We will process your request in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 10 business days for your number to be removed from marketing and sales campaigns.

How to Submit a Do Not Call Request

You may request to be added to our Do Not Call list by providing your phone number using one of the following methods:

  • Mail: BAH LLC, Attn: Privacy Officer, 184 Cambridge Cir, Longmeadow, MA 01106
  • Email: bahinitiatives@gmail.com
  • Phone: (413) 847-1568
Your request must include the 10-digit phone number to be added to the list. If you wish, you may also include your name. For multiple numbers, please list each one. If your number changes, you must notify us to maintain your Do Not Call status.

Duration of Listing

Your number will remain on our Do Not Call list for five (5) years, unless you request removal or re-consent to contact (such as through a website form).

Exceptions

Certain state and federal laws allow companies to contact existing customers even if they are listed on a Do Not Call registry. If you are a customer but wish not to be contacted, follow the same opt-out process described above.

Our Responsibilities

Being on our Do Not Call list ensures you will not receive telemarketing calls from our Company. All employees involved in outbound calling are trained on this policy and reviewed regularly. We do not make telephone solicitation calls to:

  • • Individuals who have requested not to be contacted
  • • Numbers listed on federal or state Do Not Call registries, unless allowed by law
A “telephone solicitation call” is defined as any call encouraging the purchase of Company products or services.

Policy Availability

Consumers may request a copy of this policy by mail or email. It is also available on our website.
